The 126613LB occupies a particular position in the Submariner family. Known among collectors as the "Bluesy", it combines the two-tone Rolesor construction — Oystersteel paired with 18ct yellow gold — with a blue dial and matching blue Cerachrom bezel. The result is warmer and more overtly luxurious than the all-steel variants, without the full commitment of a solid gold case. It is a configuration Rolex has offered in various forms since the 1980s, and one that has developed its own loyal following.

The 41mm case runs gold throughout its visible surfaces — crown, bezel surround, pushpiece — with the Oystersteel providing the structural backbone beneath. The blue Cerachrom bezel insert carries gold-coated numerals and a 60-minute diving scale, unidirectional and scratch-resistant, with a luminescent capsule at the zero marker. The blue dial shimmers under different lighting conditions, its applied hour markers and hands in 18ct yellow gold, filled with Chromalight for a long-lasting blue glow in low light.
