At Pride & Pinion, we offer a 14-day return window for all luxury timepieces and accessories, provided they remain in their original, unworn condition with all security seals intact. Our team ensures a seamless process to protect your investment and guarantee satisfaction with every acquisition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team within 14 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and tags, then pack it securely within a secondary shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Transit

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized courier location; all returns must be fully insured during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
